Hi, I’m Marisol.

Welcome to Mind Brew—a space to explore systems for creative living.

Here, I dive into the rhythms, rituals, and practices that nurture creativity, not just in bursts of inspiration but as an integral part of daily life. I believe that creativity thrives when it’s both intentional and sustainable, grounded in systems that support—not stifle—our artistic impulses.

Mind Brew started as a personal experiment: what would happen if I stopped waiting for the ā€œperfect timeā€ to write and simply made space for it, every day? It’s grown into a practice of documenting ideas, sharing reflections, and curating tools that help us align our creative work with our values and aspirations.

Whether it’s building a morning ritual, rethinking content creation, or finding beauty in the mundane, Mind Brew is a home for anyone who wants to live—and create—with more purpose.

More about me

I’m Marisol—a writer, brand strategist, and business systems thinker.

I’m based in New York, splitting my time between upstate and the city, with a forever soul-calling to be lakeside in Vermont. I’m a stepmom, dog mom, and new mom to a baby boy.

By day I run a brand and digital design agency called Together, where I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all business walks: solopreneurs, startups, and established companies ready for alignment.

Forever drawn to the intersection of movement, mindfulness, and creative flow, in 2023 I completed by 200-hour yoga teacher training with Y7. And before that, I got my degree in sociology and education studies, with a focus on children’s literacy development—you’ll always find me in the picture book section of a bookshop.

I’m a morning person by nature. My introvert brain savors the minutes (and sometimes hours) I have to myself in the early part of the day — reading, stretching, centering.

Beyond Mind Brew, I write Mom Brain, where I document my journey through motherhood, sacred matrescence, and parenting with intention.
